it's crazy what you see when you look up in the NYC. I had a professor in college who advocated that- and he's right you see some beautiful things. This picture is proof of that!

Totally agree that it looks Parisian. When you look up, that is. When you look down, you see the ickiness of that part of Broadway . . .
